Call for papers

The key dates for submission of abstracts;

Due date for submission of abstracts: 22 June 2023
Due date for registration: 11 September 2023
Due date for payment: 30 September 2023

Delegates need to submit proof of payment on or before the due date to ensure attendance/presentation at the conference.

Registration fees

• Registration fees for in-person presenters : R 4950
• Registration fees for in-person retired Academics and Postgraduate students : R 3800

All conference registration fees are inclusive of annual membership for the year. Delegates need to register via the conference website using an online registration form, after which an invoice with banking details will be sent to you.
